E-Safety Training Offer with KCC e-Safety and University of Kent

Kent County Council’s e-Safety Officer, writes a regular blog focusing on e-safety in schools, providing useful information for keeping children safe online and within social media. 

 

A recent post highlights that The Centre for Child Protection at the University of Kent are continuing to offer Zak and Lottie training courses at a discounted cost of £60 for Kent and Medway schools until the 31st July. This cost will then increase to £75 for Kent and Medway schools.

 

The training focuses on a number of key areas such as:

  • grooming and exploitation
  • radicalisation
  • safeguarding
  • social media platforms
