If there is something critical that our customers need to know immediately, we will of course send a message straightaway –

that way you will know the EIS email needs urgent action.

FOR EIS HOSTING SCHOOLS ONLY – ParentPay MIS Sync

EIS have been made aware this week of an update to the third party application ParentPay MIS Sync. For schools on the EIS Hosting Service, this software will be updated for you by EIS before Monday 14 January. There is no expected downtime for this update but if you find any issues with ParentPay after 14 January, please call the service desk on 03000658888 or email support@eisit.uk to log an incident.

For non-hosted schools, you will need to follow the instructions emailed by ParentPay to update this yourself. Any problems with the update, we would ask that you contact ParentPay directly in the first instance for support.
