The School Census button on the Support Portal is now live ready for the census on Thursday 16 January. Information will be updated during the coming weeks to make sure that schools are prepared for timely submission of their return.

Important Information for all EIS SIMS Hosting Customers
Patch 25529 – Information Notice 20-E001
Information Notice 20-E001 Patch 25529 – For EIS Hosted schools Patch 25529 will be applied between 17:00 Friday 10 January and 06:00 Monday 13 January 2020. This means you will not be able to access SIMS, Discover, FMS or your Hosted file explorer during this time.
Once the patch has been applied all EIS Hosted Schools will need to import Fileset 1403 once it is released.
For schools on the SIMS Upgrade Service – you will need to apply patch 25529, if you need assistance please log a call with the Service Desk.
FMS Autumn 2019 upgrade
Following the release of the FMS Autumn 2019 upgrade – EIS SIMS Hosting customers should be aware that EIS will be upgrading the EIS Hosting Service between 17:00 on Friday 17 January and 06:00 on Monday 20 January 2020.
This means you will not be able to access SIMS, Discover, FMS or your Hosted file explorer during this time.
For schools on the SIMS Upgrade Service – you will be emailed directly to confirm the date of your schools FMS upgrade.
